Wow Laurie. Your words are so powerful. I wouldn’t change a thing. I could feel the crescendo and the tension then you brought it all back to the peaceful, safe sensation of Grandmother’s hand. I could feel it all. Amazing.

Thanks for reading and sharing. I’m still working on this piece… before I submit it - Based on some great feedback from a fellow writer (shout out Susan!) I added a bit more of a personal example of why this fear grips me so tightly and is so readily able to come back .. It’s getting there! Thanks for your support!
